The recipewhich was popularized by meat bloggers like Momables and The Big Apple Mamacalls for precisely three ingredients: eggs, softened ointment cheese, and cream of tartar. Some people include a bit honey for sweetness. It has a crispy texture when it comes out of the oven, then becomes soft and chewy when stored overnight in a plastic container.
But is it actually good for you?
As an occasional treat, cloud bread is fine, says Health s lending nutrition editor Cynthia Sass, MPH, RD. But its emphatically not a good sentiment to eat it instead of whole particle eat, in an attempt to clean up your nutrition or lose weight, she says.

Just because a recipe is grain-free or low-carb doesnt automatically make it health, or means that sections dont material, Sass explained.
